To continue using the Mika App with Outcomes4Me Germany GmbH, due to data protection regulations, we need your active consent to transfer your account and associated personal and health data, such as
Contact information (e.g. name, address, email address, telephone number)
Health information (e.g. medical indication, symptoms, information on your current health progress, diary entries, stress factors, type of therapy)
Online identifiers and technical information (e.g. IP address, device ID, user ID, crash reports)
Messages you send us within the app
Error logs, user interaction data, device and other application-specific data that can assist in error and performance analysis
to the new provider. Outcomes4Me Germany GmbH requires this data to enable you to continue using the Mika app without functional restrictions and will comply with the existing data protection guidelines of Fosanis GmbH. You can view these at any time here or on our website.
Fosanis GmbH will enable you to give your consent to the transfer of user data to Outcomes4Me Germany GmbH in the period between 10th Nov 2025 and 30th Nov 2025.
By clicking ‘I Consent’, you agree that your personal user data listed above will be transferred to Outcomes4Me Germany GmbH and may be used by it within the scope and for the purpose of the continued operation and maintenance of the functionality of the Mika App in compliance with the existing data protection guidelines.
Users of the Mika app will be informed separately of any changes to the privacy policy.
By giving your consent, you enable a continuous, personalized, and secure experience using the Mika App with Outcomes4Me Germany GmbH. You can revoke your consent at any time in the Mika App settings with effect for the future. The lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation is not affected by the revocation.
Important note:
If you do not provide your consent by 30th Nov 2025 or revoke your consent to the processing of your data, your account and associated data will not be transferred to Outcomes4Me Germany GmbH as the new operator of the Mika app. In this case, access to your user account for the Mika App will be discontinued after the above-mentioned period has expired and your personal data and health data will be deleted in accordance with applicable data protection law, provided that there are no retention obligations.
In order not to lose any of your data or content, you have the option to obtain a copy of your personal data that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format by selecting ‘Export data’ in the Settings screen of the Mika app.
