How do you stay positive with Stage 4 cholangiocarcinoma?

I have been diagnosed with Stage 4 intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma with metastasis to the spleen and abdominal lymph nodes. We started with Imfinzi, but that blew up my liver enzymes cancer had I not broken ribs from a fall. I am grateful for feeling so well!

Should I choose proton or photon radiation after chemo?

I was diagnosed in May of this year , I have my last Chemo on December 16, they then want me to go on to radiation, has anyone here had to decide between proton or the poton type . I am not oprable so my choice is immunotherapy or radiation. I would love any feedback. Thank you

My dearest friend has biliary cancer. It’s come on really fast and she’s suffering her 2nd case of pancreatitis in just about 2 weeks.
