What to expect when starting chemotherapy after bile duct cancer surgery?

My dearest friend has biliary cancer. It’s come on really fast and she’s suffering her 2nd case of pancreatitis in just about 2 weeks. I’ve never joined an app for anything and I don’t expect much but it would be nice to learn ways to make her feel better. I love her very much. We’ve been friends for over 56 years. I can’t imagine life without her 

How can I support my friend with biliary cancer?

Has anyone suffering from stage 4 BTC had stents placed in the non-obstructed bile duct and a PTC catheter that needs to be changed every six weeks to prevent bile duct infections?
