9 months agoGood Morning! I am new. Had a double mastectomy in December and have had continual swelling ever since surgery. Any suggestions for lymphedema and painful cording in my right arm?

Welcome to the community! Managing lymphedema and cording can be challenging, and many community members have found relief through certified lymphedema therapists who specialize in manual drainage techniques and therapeutic exercises designed for post-surgical recovery. Consider asking your medical team for a referral to a lymphedema specialist, and feel free to share what approaches work for you as others in this supportive community may benefit from your experiences too.
