Fatigue can be one of the most challenging aspects of a cancer journey, affecting energy levels and daily activities in significant ways. Many community members find relief through gentle movement when possible, prioritizing rest, staying hydrated, and working closely with their healthcare team to address underlying causes or explore supportive care options.

Hi. Just take it slow and plenty of rest. Juice vegetables and fruit. The fatigue is what's frustrating. One day feel great with energy and wiped out the next. 😊

Hi! As much as you can set a realistic daily routine and move goals. Drink plenty of water. I also drink beet juice.

Juicing really helped me but I had to stop it was really expensive. Set a goal for yourself each day. If it’s cleaning the bathroom. Take your time and take as many breaks as you like. Even if it takes all day. Give yourself grace. Try not to just sit around all day it makes it worse. I got up every morning and walked on the treadmill for 20-30minutes

Count taking care of yourself as a "to do" and a win when you get it done.
