a day agoHi Selena, I have stage 4 colon cancer and I get immunotherapy every 2 weeks, I receive a drip of cituximab along with Benadryl and magnesium if needed. I’ve been getting it for over 4 years. Ask your doctor about it as well as your insurance provider. Good luck, I hope this helps Mark

a day agoCongratulations on the stable scan results and the nodule that's gone - that's wonderful news to celebrate! Insurance coverage challenges with immunotherapy are unfortunately common, and there are several advocacy resources and patient assistance programs that might help navigate this situation. Consider reaching out to organizations like the Patient Advocate Foundation, CancerCare, or the pharmaceutical company that makes the specific immunotherapy, as they often have financial assistance programs or can help appeal insurance decisions.
