Neuropathy can be incredibly challenging to manage, and it sounds like you're already taking positive steps with yoga and working with your healthcare team on medications. Many community members find gentle exercises, warm soaks, and nerve-friendly vitamins helpful, though it's always worth discussing new approaches with your doctor first. You're definitely not alone in this struggle - please feel free to share what works for you or ask questions as you navigate this journey.

I had neuropathy starting in my arms and then toes. It will pass. I had surgery 5/1/23. They removed 18 lymph nodes 12 were cancerous. My hair grew back, fine and curly. The black from the chemo on my finger nails and toe nails are leaving but still there. I am on inhibiting meds for the next 10 years. I have had mammograms since I was 20, the did not discover the cancer which if Medicare would have paid for a D mammogram they might have discovered the cancer. Today so far I show no signs of cancer at 76. You will be tired but keep your faith. Michele

Hello, powerful warriors! I was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer August 2021. During that time I was working from home due to Covid. I retired from work in May 2022 because it was too much for me as my youngest daughter was diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in January 2022. We both had breast surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. The amount of time back and forth to treatments and medical appointments can't be counted. Please know that the best thing you can do is rest when you can. My daughter's cancer spread, and she passed on June 11, 2023. I am still recovering from neuropathy in my feet. My test are indicating that negative. My mental status is depression, which my granddaughter and I deal with these days. I try my best to encourage everyone, because this journey is not easy. I am taking Arimidex for ten years. Take one day at a time. If you are in need of help, please contact the cancer social worker at the medical facility you receive services. My daughter was self employed as a beautician so she was not able to work. The social worked diligently to help her with income, grants, food, etc. I continue to pray for each of you as I read your stories. May God continue to have all your needs met. Blessings 🙌

I used the Detox patches for 5 nights on the bottom of my feet and felt a difference in the tingling of my toes. Also, I have this neuropathy electrical pad that I place my feet on and allow it to massage my muscles and get that recharge. Works very well. The gabapentin is trash. It does not help.
