a year agoAny recommendations for dealing with joint pain? Mostly in my arms, fingers.
Accepted Answer
Joint pain can really impact daily activities, and it's great that you're reaching out for support from the community. Many people find relief through gentle stretching, warm compresses, or occupational therapy techniques, though it's always best to discuss specific approaches with your healthcare team since they know your full medical picture. Others in this community may have helpful tips to share from their own experiences managing similar challenges.

6 months agoHi @Mia M, organic castor oil works really well. Apply three times per day or as needed. Try to use it with heat if you can for at least 15-20 minutes per day. Stay blessed my beautiful pink sister!

6 months agoHi, I am Pansy, I had to get cortisone shots for trigger fingers in both hands. It’s been 6 months: 2 shots each hand

6 months agoI just had to go off of anastrozole because of sudden joint paint. I thought it was improving with the hand therapy stuff and exercise....doctor wants me to switch. I do a healthcare job that requires precise work with my hands and physical ability. I did so well on that med for 3 months. Going to try letrozole in a few weeks. Oddly since I have been off the anastrozole for 2 weeks, my fatigue is worse.

6 months agoI take claritin in a.m. and Zyrtec in p.m. They contain antihistamine. My medical oncologist and head nurse suggested it. It definitely works for bone pain and neuropathy.
