a day agoWelcome to the community! SBRT (stereotactic body radiation therapy) is one of several treatment options that doctors may recommend for high-risk prostate cancer, and each approach has different benefits and considerations to discuss with your medical team. Many community members have shared their experiences with various radiation treatments, including SBRT, which typically involves fewer treatment sessions compared to conventional radiation but requires careful evaluation of individual factors. Connecting with others who've navigated similar treatment decisions can provide valuable insights as you work with your oncologist to determine the best path forward for your specific situation.
