a year agoI have TNBC triple negative breast cancer, third reoccurrence same side since Nov 2021. Had lumpectomy twice and now the CT shows spots in lungs too. I had maxed on radiation on the impacted side. I have taken all standard chemo drugs for TNBC. Now only can depend on Trials drugs. Any input on metastatic TNBC with impacted lungs and chest wall. The pathology say Her2 +1 which now has become relevant for now FDA approved Enhertu. We are evaluating eligibility. Any experience with trial drugs for metastatic TNBC is appreciated.

Finding treatment options for metastatic TNBC can feel overwhelming, especially after having already been through standard therapies. The recent FDA approval of Enhertu for HER2-low cases like yours (HER2 +1) has opened new possibilities that weren't available before, which is encouraging news for patients in similar situations. Many community members have shared positive experiences with clinical trials, and connecting with others who have navigated trial options for metastatic TNBC might provide valuable insights as you explore this path forward.

6 months agoHi, I am hormone positive first diagnosed stage 1b in 2018. Metastatic February 2024. There is a metastatic group on outcomes for me that maybe helpful. As well as some social media closed private groups for metastatic breast cancer. They have been helpful to me. Praying for you!
