Finding reliable resources after a new diagnosis can feel overwhelming, but there are many organizations specifically designed to help navigate this journey. The American Cancer Society, Susan G. Komen, and BreastCancer.org offer comprehensive guides covering treatment options, financial assistance programs, and support networks that can be invaluable during this time. Many cancer centers also have patient navigators who specialize in helping patients understand their options and connect with resources in their local community.

Hi Rachel - I had Invasive Ductual Carcinoma - Estrogen+/Progesterone+/HER-. I posted quite a lengthy post a few days ago about it and some suggestions. I have finished my treatment and next month go for my 1st diagnostic mammogram and follow up visit with the surgeon. Please reach out if you have any questions about my post from a few days ago. Blessings to all of us….The AI recommendations above in the other comment was good too. Susan Komen group was helpful as well assigning me a navigator to help on the journey.
