Good morning, my new friends. I am looking for support for myself on how to deal with all the challenges. I was diagnosed on June 24th, 2025, with colon cancer, and now it is spreading to my liver. Some days I feel so depressed.

Facing a cancer diagnosis and dealing with the emotional weight that comes with it takes incredible strength, and reaching out for support shows real courage. Many community members find that connecting with others who understand these challenges can help during the toughest moments, and depression is something that affects many people going through similar experiences. This community is here to listen and support each other through every step of the journey.

Be strong. There are support groups that can offer you support. Ask your oncologist or nurse for suggestions. Prayers you. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🍀

Hi Linda, I totally understand the feeling of being depressed. The challenges can seem overwhelming. There are a number of ways to be supported. I utilized my care team, who referred me to supportive services. I pray and continue to do so. I will pray that you connect with support.

Hello, I also was diagnosed with stage 3 in 2018. I had debulk surgery then Chemo until 2022. Again surgery Aug. 2023(Spleen removed). Then 20 Radiation sessions, in remission since. Will celebrate my 75th B-day @ the end of this month. All of you can Make It though this God Bless 🙏
