How to manage blisters on feet and genital area during chemo?

I have bladder cancer. Currently on Gem/dox. Doing well but have some leaking. I just developed blisters on the bottom of both feet right kind of on my on the bottom of my toes. I also have what seem like blisters around my vaginal area and buttox.

How did others do with Keytruda and Padcev for advanced bladder cancer?

My husband has stage iv bladder cancer. It started as t1 nmibc. Had surgery to remove tumor and had all clean edges. While doing BCG treatments it started growing quickly and spread to lymph nodes/bones/pluera around lungs and other areas. It blocked the ureters from opening to the bladder so now has nephrostomy tubes from each kidney and a stent in 1 however, that did not work. Since had it in the pluera area around lungs, he also has a pluerx catheter for us to drain that area at home. He is on Keytruda and padcev. 2 rounds of keytruda and 4 of padcev in. Has anyone started in this situation and done well? This all happened within a few months..

I was diagnosed with stage 4 bladder cancer last September. Started on chemo Enfortumab and Keytruda last October. I am very tired the day of treatment and the next day. I don't drive the day of treatment and the next day because of the meds. Not sure how I'd be and am very cautious. Just stay around the house and 'catch up " 2 days after treatment I am fine. I was told to wash my clothes separately from the rest of the family. Between treatments I do positive things--Scrabble, Rummikub, Lunch with friends. Hope this helps some readers.

I am seeing in some of the information here that it is typical to have CT scans of the kidneys and ureters after having Bladder Cancer. I’ve had GEMDOCE treatment and regular cystoscopies, but no attention to other organs. I realize that there are different protocols, but should I be checking as to why that hasn’t happened? Are there studies that anyone knows of, or other information about follow-up routines.

How to help cancer patient eat when they refuse food during chemo?

Looking for suggestions on how to get my husband to eat food. He has bladder cancer and was on keytruda and padcev for about a year. Cancer did not get better. Started new treatment of gemzar and some other chemo drug in March and has felt like cramp ever since. While the Natera blood test has gotten better not sure about the cancer. Problem is with eating. Is on Megace but still won't eat. Is getting weaker for lack of food. Any suggestions? Should I force him to eat at least 2 spoons of something every couple hours? He refuses to eat if nothing sounds good or if he is not hungry but no food is not helping things. Open to ideas.
