Hi all. My daughter ask me a question and I didn’t know so I’ll ask you gals. I was diagnosed with ductal carcinoma ER/PR+2HER- , in my left brst in 2022. I did chemo, lumpectomy and radiation. My onco dr told me last Aug I was NED. When will I get another pet/ct scan?

It's wonderful that you reached NED status! Follow-up scan schedules can vary quite a bit depending on individual factors, so this is definitely a great question to bring up with your oncology team at your next appointment. They'll be able to give you the most accurate timeline based on your specific situation and their monitoring approach. Many others in this community have navigated similar questions about follow-up care - hopefully some members can share their experiences with post-treatment monitoring schedules.

I would have thought you'd have one after six months of ending your treatment. I would contact your oncologist to find out when it should be done. Good luck!
