3 years agoI just read that magnesium supplements can help with sleep. Has anyone tried them? Did it help??

Many community members have shared experiences with magnesium supplements for sleep challenges, which can be especially common during cancer treatment. Sleep support is such an important part of overall well-being, and it's great that you're exploring different options. Consider discussing magnesium with your healthcare team to see if it might be appropriate for your specific situation, and hopefully others here will share their experiences to help guide your decision.

7 months agoIf you can't stomach the calm drink supplement, there are gummies as well. I take magnesium at night for leg cramps and spasms. It has definitely helped with that.

7 months agoI have been taking magnesium supplements for years. It helps with muscular spasms as well as sleep. But I found 10mg of melatonin more effective for inducing drowsiness and helping me slip into deep sleep

7 months agoI use magnesium, CBD, thc, and a antihistamine. Sleep for 7-8 hours. I also use my vibration plate before bed...helps with restless legs. Fab sheets and pillows help...I use eucalyptus... and the heat/cold is important for me.

7 months agoGood sheets do help some. I got linen sheets for Christmas and they are great for temperature regulation. They keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Also I take a combo of magnesium and ashwagandha pill for sleep. Magnesium spray for the bottom of the feet too
