Finding support in Georgia with stage 4 breast cancer - scared about swollen lym...

I have stage 4 metastatic breast cancer. I take Fulvestrant shots and Kisqali. I found a swollen lymph node behind my left ear and will have a scan done on it this Friday. Im in the Hiram / Douglasville area of Georgia. Anyone else close by? Feeling scared and lonely.
