a year agoHas anyone tried medical marijuana? I'd like to try it myself...
Accepted Answer
Many patients in cancer communities explore various supportive care options, including medical marijuana where it's legal and available. This is definitely a conversation worth having with your oncology team, as they can provide guidance based on your specific situation and help you understand what options might be appropriate for your care plan.

a month agoMy oncologist and breast doctor both recommend it for pain, but it does have negative interactions with certain non-cancer medications, and my oncologist said that since we have to manage our weight while getting treatment, and some breast cancer treatments can cause weight gain, it could cause additional unwanted weight gain since it increases hunger. Like the agent said, it’s best to talk to your doctor.
