3 years agoI finally had a good night’s sleep last night. We moved our bed so my head is directly under the window (which I kept open) and it helped my hot flashes so much! How do you deal with neverending hot flashes?

Hot flashes can be incredibly disruptive, and finding cooling strategies that work makes such a difference for sleep quality and daily comfort. Many people in the community have shared helpful approaches like layered bedding that's easy to adjust, cooling pajamas, portable fans, and keeping cold packs nearby for quick relief during intense episodes.

6 months agoWell when I did have them in menopause air helped and at least I didn’t pour sweat like some of my teacher friends. I’ve had a few nite sweats but nothing a fresh shirt and pillowcase can’t solve. I was more afraid of repeating the migraines I had in menopause but T God those aren’t part of it. Aches and pains I can put up with and I get urgency so I have to stay close to a bathroom . I’m alive- that’s what matters💕🙏🥰

6 months agoI'm right there with you, hot flashes are the WORST! A couple things I found that've really helped my night sweats are taking a nice cool shower before bed and then keeping a stainless-steel water bottle next to my bed so my ice water stays cold all night. Hope this helps!
