I have metastatic breast cancer too. I chose to do a double mastectomy and I lost seven lymph nodes. I opted out of chemotherapy, and it came back with a vengeance spreading to my soft tissue, my spine, my hips and my liver. I recommend chemo. I’m in remission now taking Verzenio and anastrozole.

I have metastatic breast cancer as well. Spread to my bones. Hip,spine, long bones. So far it’s been stable with no spread. I’m on Verzenio and Arimidex and will be changing to Enhertu due to bing HER2++ or low. My scans are stable but my tumor markers are bouncing all over the place

I’m glad yours has stopped growing as well, let us pray that it stays that way
