6 months agoTim. Welcome! Thank you for your service! BC/MBC and cancer in general doesn’t care male or female. I do understand you would like to chat with another male going through what you are going through …being a new member here. It’s a great group of cancer warriors trying to navigate life. I hope you got VA disability and or fighting for it. My husband is also a Marine.. suffering from a bad back caused from the Corp and brother in law with COPD plus other lung issues thanks to Desert Storm… both still fighting for help from VA That in itself should be a separate app. We have waited 1344 days and wife having MBC that has gone to bone is not enough of a reason to be moved up on the docket! Godspeed to you!

6 months agoJo A VA is treating my cancer, but no rating from them yet. Will keep fighting with them as most vets have to do. I have been in the male breast cancer sites and get more info here regarding trials than other sites. Semper Fi

6 months agoHi Tim R. Are you looking for a trail? There is 1 websites that most others filter too. If you’re looking for a trial I can try and find that website for you. May or June is the yearly cancer seminar in which also has a ton of trial info. I was diagnosed with Stage III metastatic breast cancer that had gone to 21 lymph nodes. PET scan in April showed ..glow in dark pin cushion…lymph nodes and in bone. Just had 3 lymph nodes removed for biopsy and NexGen testing. Faslodex injection and Verzenio pills. CA27-29 marker high. White count low. If there is anything I can help you navigate…please let me know. Godspeed!
