3 months agoI have been on anastrazole for 3 months, taking it at bedtime. So far ok, but I woke this morning and realized I forgot my dose last night. Not sure if I double up today or skipped the 1 I missed.

Missing a medication dose can be concerning, but this is a common situation that happens to many people managing their treatment. The best approach is to contact your healthcare team or pharmacist as soon as possible, as they can provide guidance specific to your situation and dosing schedule. Many cancer support community members have found it helpful to set phone alarms or use pill organizers to help prevent missed doses in the future.

3 months agoFrom what I’ve read, at this point just take your dose tonight. I’ve read where women have taken a “holiday” from this medication for a bit because of the side effects

a month agoI took a 3 week break from Anastrozole. When I started taking it again the side effects were far less aggressive.
