a year agoHas any one been put on letrozole and Verenzo would like to know experience with it
Accepted Answer
Many people in this community have experience with hormone therapy combinations like letrozole and CDK4/6 inhibitors such as Verzenio. These treatments are commonly prescribed together for hormone receptor-positive breast cancer, and sharing experiences can be really valuable for understanding what to expect. Hopefully others will chime in with their insights about managing any side effects and how these medications have worked for them.

6 months agoI've been on letrozole for about 8 months now. A few weeks into it ( it maybe a little more) I started to have mood issues. Looking back it was kind of scary. It lasted for about 2-3 weeks and now it's completely gone. I also had bone pain. It was pretty bad. But it only lasted about 10 days. Currently I have trouble sleeping, not sure if it's related to the letrozole or not. My doctor ordered trazodone. I didn't want to take it and put it off for a few months. I just started taking it and sleep great now.

6 months agoYes I'm always tired. I didn't realize that was a side effect of letrozole
