3 months agoAnyone have dizziness with letrozole 2.5? I’m trying to figure out what is making me dizzy on and off. Or if it could be from induced menopause
Accepted Answer
Dizziness can indeed be a side effect of letrozole, and hormonal changes from treatment-induced menopause may also contribute to feeling dizzy or off-balance. These symptoms are definitely worth discussing with your healthcare team, as they can help determine the cause and suggest ways to manage it. Many others in this community have navigated similar side effects, so you're not alone in experiencing this.

3 months agoI am on anastrazole (same class of drugs) and experience dizziness off and on. I'm told it's a pretty common side effect.

3 months agoThere are so many side effects from cancer treatment. Make sure your labs are throughly checked. Sometimes iron saturation can be low and that can add to the fatigue. You can battle that by taking Vitron C or if that doesn't work,IV iron. I used exercises to help the fatigue ,but even now 14 months out I Sometimes have a day like yesterday that I just had to lay down. I was on the way to the gym....when Im in pain and fatigued I throw up....

3 months agoYes I have trouble with both dizziness and fatigue. I’m on letrozole and ribociclib (kisqali). Severity of both side effects has lessened with time but still troublesome
