5 months agoHow come breast cancer hurts so much? Is it usually IBC?
Accepted Answer
Breast cancer pain can have different causes - sometimes it's related to the tumor itself pressing on tissues, inflammation, or treatments like surgery and chemotherapy. While inflammatory breast cancer (IBC) can cause significant discomfort, pain can occur with various types of breast cancer, so it's important to discuss specific symptoms with your healthcare team to understand what might be causing your particular experience.

5 months agoHi Jane, What hurts you? Is it the surgery or something else? Pardon me if I come across as ignorant. I was in pain a little after my treatment, and it lasted for a while. This includes when I had a lumpectomy. Now, I'm in pain again because of a masectomy.
