5 months agoNew but expected, I'm pulling out clumps of hair and starting to resemble Smeagol 😂 (Lord of the Rings)

The humor you're bringing to this challenging experience shows incredible strength during treatment. Hair loss can feel overwhelming when it happens, but finding ways to laugh about it often helps many people cope with this common side effect. Your positive attitude might inspire others going through similar changes to find their own ways to handle this part of their journey.

5 months agoIt’s better to shave it, I went to the salon and they use the clippers on number 2, best decision for me, I enjoy it, I don’t wear wigs or hats only when it’s too sunny.

5 months agoThank you. It was just traumatic looking in the mirror. I have an appt on Thur with a fellow cancer sufferer who is a hairdresser, she'll fix me up! ❤️ Chemo sucks.

5 months agoHaving a warped sense of humor is also helpful. I find I can make people laugh which makes me laugh. I rock more of a Darth Vader look especially with my CPAP on 😀.
