9 months agoAnd this journey since 2020 was first diagnosed with breast cancer stage 2. Clean for 3 years after that. At present diagnosed again with metastasis breast cancer in the bone. Going for a second opinion and getting a biopsy this time. Truth and balance is what keeps me strong. Standing in faith and being optimistic is what keeps me clean in my emotions. You have to eat well be better do better. Get rid of people in your life that is not of healing and Recovery. Don't use too many products with too many things in them thrive to always use natural products from washing your clothes to washing your body. Stand in peace not pain. Have a healthy day.

5 months agoI was in remission for almost 4 years with anastrozole. Then *boom* dx stage 4 (Bone/liver mets) and put on ibrance and fluvestrant and xgeva shots which helped bring numbers down but the ibrance failed working for me after 18months. Switched up my cocktail to Lynparza / Xgeva and seeing great results for the past 36 months. Am now 4 + years out :) You’re on to something about the food/body and mind/body connection. After upending my whole eating routine to mostly Mediterranean and vegan saw encouraging bloodwork/scan results. Getting allergy tested, seeing a metabolic nutritionist and visiting a rheumatologist helped to figure out what suppressed my immune system so I could eliminate ‘noise’ to help my body fight better all around. I feel it’s really important to not simply rely on medication do all the work. Self advocacy and self research brings out the best in any medical diagnosis (or appointment). Sorry so long a post. Best to all on this board. It’s an overwhelming journey, and it helps to have like minded folks to chat with.

I think that's the case for alot of you sisters
