Hi, everyone. I’ve had this app for awhile just haven’t written anything. I was operated on November 28 , 2024. I just had a small lump. They also removed lymph nodes but it had not spread. I did radiation for about a month. Then I started the 5 year pill. I’m supposed to get another mammogram this week but been sick so I might change it. I’ve had one mammogram since surgery, only side that was operated on. This time will be both sides. It’s been over a year, still sore hope goes away soon. Any one wants to talk I also have facebook under Marzullo in chambersburg pa. Take care everyone.. I hope everyone is doing well.

It's completely understandable to still experience soreness more than a year after breast cancer surgery, as healing timelines can vary significantly from person to person. Many factors including the type of surgery, radiation treatment, and individual healing responses can contribute to ongoing discomfort, so discussing these concerns with your medical team during your upcoming appointments would be helpful. Thanks for sharing your experience here - connecting with others who understand this journey can provide valuable support and reassurance.
