a month agoDo you know your stage or grade? I was diagnosed in March, scheduled for lumpectomy on May 6, stage 1 grade 1 idc found during routine mammogram. I found I was completely overwhelmed during the first appointment on 4/3. Since then I have taken a crash course on breast cancer. Thankfully my surgeon has agreed to meet me on Monday for the additional questions.

16 days agoMy suggestion is do whatever they say. I did a double mastectomy and lost six or seven lymph nodes. They recommended chemo and I opted out because I didn’t want to lose my hair and it came back with a vengeance. It’s spread to my soft tissue my spine, my hips and my liver right now I’m in remission thank God.
