Yes, I was started on letrozole and verzenio. I knew after 2 months that I could not tolerate letrozole, and was put on tamoxifen. The joint pain was not as severe, but the insomnia was every bit as bad. I stopped all endocrine therapy and am just doing targeted therapy and the metabolic diet.

So far I have not encountered any side effects from Letrozole or Meloxicam. I hope to report positive news at my next follow-up appointment.
