Communities›Breast Cancer›Hello thanks to all who share on this chat. Honestly it’s very helpful and supportive to hear everyone’s experiences. I think I blame everything on Anastrozole including if it rains but is anyone else experiencing itchy scalp and hair loss? The only other medication I am currently taking is Zometa. Thank you! 🙏

It sounds like you're dealing with some challenging side effects, and many people in the breast cancer community have shared similar experiences with scalp and hair changes while on treatments like Anastrozole. These concerns are definitely worth discussing with your healthcare team, as they can help determine what might be contributing to these symptoms and explore potential solutions or management strategies.

I am on Letrozole, Kisqali and Zometa. My hair is still falling out but it is growing with the top front extremely curly (kinky), sides stick out and the back is curly. So I wear a wig! It actually makes me look younger! Hahaha Something good came from cancer!
