a year agoPaige T, I’m sorry to hear about your husband.. yes, definitely be an advocate for yourself.. better/easier days are definitely coming..I’m not going to lie it’s not an easy road but one we can definitely get down. I find the hardest times were in the middle of night when everything is quiet and your alone with your thoughts. This is an excellent tool to have for the quiet times to communicate with people are talking your language. I wish something like this was available when I went through the thick of it…I’m here for ya any questions or support I can give I will.

What a beautiful example of the strength found in community support during such a difficult time. Losing a spouse while dealing with cancer brings unique challenges, and having others who truly understand this journey can make a meaningful difference. This kind of peer support and willingness to be there for one another creates a valuable lifeline for those navigating both grief and health challenges.

6 months agoThank you Gina M. I have been in bed all day. I think I have a seroma developing. My surgical sites and area all around is really sore swollen and painful. Feels a little warm. Hopefully no infection. I see surgeon on Tues for post op.
