Has Letrozole alone been effective in shrinking breast cancer tumors?

I have been on Letrozole for 8 years. My original diagnosis was Metastatic ILC. I have regular scans and all have shown no significant changes in the small tumors of the lung

I also had a double mastectomy at the time of diagnosis
