6 months agoI’m serious when I ask this question. Has anyone considered liposuction after lumpectomy and radiation? I was told I had to a aromatese inhibitor. That means the estrogen in my fat cells won’t be released and I’ll gain wait. I’m more concerned about the estrogen in my fat cells.. does liposuction get rid of all those cells? Please - only serious answers/advice

This is a thoughtful question about managing estrogen levels after breast cancer treatment. While liposuction can remove fat cells from specific areas, it's important to discuss this approach with your oncology team, as they can best evaluate how it might fit into your overall treatment plan and whether it would effectively address your specific concerns about estrogen storage. Your medical team will have the most complete picture of your situation and can help you explore all available options for managing estrogen levels while on aromatase inhibitors.

6 months agoI have lost weight since taking anastrozole. 15# slow weight loss. I also am doing IF and eating pretty much what I want but in a window. Bi also am not having any alcohol. I used to be a social drinker and had a few drinks in the evening. Bad habit. I don’t think the 5 mg dose of Anastrozole for me is large enough for my body to be affected.
