Will Kisqali cause weight gain after bad Ibrance side effects?

I was on ibrance and couldn’t tolerate it. I had every side effect, gained 20 lbs and my platelets plummeted. They took me off of it. My cancer center closed and my new doctor wants to put me on kisquali. I am currently on letrozole also. My family doctor prescribed zepbound but I can’t afford $1500 a month. My question is am I going to gain more weight on this. I feel so bloated with the extra weight. I eat almost nothing because I feel so bad.
