Will Kisqali cause weight gain after bad Ibrance side effects?

a month agoI was on ibrance and couldn’t tolerate it. I had every side effect, gained 20 lbs and my platelets plummeted. They took me off of it. My cancer center closed and my new doctor wants to put me on kisquali. I am currently on letrozole also. My family doctor prescribed zepbound but I can’t afford $1500 a month. My question is am I going to gain more weight on this. I feel so bloated with the extra weight. I eat almost nothing because I feel so bad.

3 days agoI’ve been on Kisqali for 1 month and have not gained any weight. But I didn’t gain on Ibrance. It affected my white blood cell count. The side effect I have is hot flashes. I was taking a natural over the counter medication but it’s not working any longer. I’m miserable! I live in Florida - I guess I will be wearing a bathing suit most of this summer! Haha
