Sleep disruptions can indeed be a challenging side effect that some people experience with hormone therapy medications like Exemestane. Many community members have shared similar experiences with various treatments affecting their sleep patterns, so you're definitely not alone in dealing with this concern. Consider discussing this with your healthcare team, as they may have suggestions for managing sleep issues or could evaluate whether the timing of your medication might be adjusted to help improve your rest.
