Does Exemestane cause insomnia? Looking for others with sleep issues

Hi, yes I have insomnia, ache most days and thinning hair.

What do you do for insomnia it’s driving me crazy. My oncologist says it’s not from the pill. I have no other symptoms.

I take melatonin

Melatonin doesn’t help me but if I take Ambien 5 mg it helps but I feel lethargic the next day. What kind of melatonin do you take over the counter or prescription?
