Why is my chest tight after starting Gleevec?

Hello everyone...I was supposed to have a hip replacement on June 4th but instead, I have recently been diagnosed with CML and just started Gleevec 2 days ago. So far I've been drinking a lot of water and staying active but since last night around 8pm my chest has been unusually tight and feels weird. I do suffer from anxiety attacks and it kinda feels like that but a little different. Last night I took a Xanax and it helped a little bit and made me sleepy but I still only got 4 hours of sleep. Woke up this morning and the chest tightness is still there. Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Can you come out of remission after CML bone marrow transplant?

I was diagnosed with CML in 2017 and was put on multiple chemo drugs,but had serious complications from them. Then, in 2018 I had a bone marrow transplant. I went into remission but developed autonaumic dysfunction and Secondary Adrenal Insufficiency.Now, I'm out of remission. I was put on Symblix for several months then chose to stop it when my wbc went down to normal.Well.but my BCR/ABL1 is at 30%.It never ends

Anyone else taking Sprycel for CML? Looking for experiences

My husband, Christopher was diagnosed with CML. (Chronic Myeloid Leukemia) in August 2025. Started Sprycel (Dasatinib) on Sept. 2nd. Is there other people on here that take this medicine? If so how long? Outcomes?
