How do I find a clinical trial for stage IV adenocarcinoma?

a month agoI have stage IV Adenocarcinoma since 4-2024. I have done 5-FU, Braftovy, Firi over these last months. I need a trial to continue my treatment. Hopefully to find a cure. Thank you all for the network.
