Are there immunotherapy trials for stage 3B colorectal cancer?

23 days agoI have stage 3B Colon/Rectal with 5 lymph nodes involved. Looking for any trials or immunotherapy trials so I don’t have to do any chemo or radiation. Why is everything standard of care? I don’t want to kill any healthy parts of my body.
