There are indeed clinical trials specifically designed for colorectal cancer patients with KRAS G12V mutations, including those with liver metastases. Several newer targeted therapies are being studied that focus on this specific mutation, and some trials may be accepting patients with metastatic disease. It's worth discussing with your oncology team about searching clinical trial databases like ClinicalTrials.gov or asking about referrals to cancer centers that specialize in KRAS-targeted treatments, as this is an active area of research with promising developments.
