a month agoExtreme fatigue is one of the most challenging aspects many people face when dealing with advanced cancer and treatment. Managing energy levels becomes especially important during chemotherapy cycles - some find that gentle movement when possible, staying hydrated, and accepting help with daily tasks can make a difference. This community has many members who understand what this exhaustion feels like, and sharing strategies that work can be incredibly valuable for everyone going through similar experiences.
