Seeking Experiences: Oncotype Scores for ER+/PR-/HER2- Breast Cancer

Yes. I was er+, pr- and her2-. My onco score was 25

I am onco score ore 30 Estrogen positive Pr negativel Her negative But stagec1a Grade2 My oncologist said no chemo wouldn't last through it. And the radiologist said I need chemo so they treated me like man in the middle. I dud finally get a 2nd opinion, and I love her. Peppy and upbeat. She said they should have tried the chemo reduced dosage but tried as I need it, but 4 mon after it is too late. She said I needed the radiation. I don't want it, but I want to live. Also said that I have a 1 in 5 chance it will be back in other places very upset over them not trying. She said I should have had the bone density before or at the time I started the harmone blocker, not 5 mo into treatment She also said she will help me with blocker side effects. Doesn't. Like giving a pill to help with a pill. Loved that. She said to keep taking blockers. If in 3 weeks not doing better, she will try a different treatment. She said i needed a little more time to see if it might click. Honestly, I think cancer does return. So angry I didn't go there sooner

I was 95% er +, 5% pr +, her - , pT1b, Grade 3. Had bilateral mastectomy. Nodes were negative . Oncologist did oncotype and based her decision for no chemo on my score which I believe was 20. Some days I worry if I should have been given more treatment other days I’m so happy they decided not to recommend

Her concern with me is that progesterone was negative. I know it's a big worry about its return and did we do enough

Wonder why pr negative is a concern

I am onco 32, er+, pr-, her2-. This is a recurrence for me. Doing chemo. I think pr- tumors have higher risk of recurrence, but not as much research done specifically on pr- as opposed to er+. I think it's kind of lumped into the hr+ sector unless it's triple neg. Please correct me if I'm wrong. Would love to learn more about it. I am stage 1b. Had unilateral mastectomy and am now doing TC chemo.
