Has anyone else dealt with nasopharyngeal carcinoma that spread?

I have Nasopharngeal carcinoma and on my mandibul and lungs n ribs any one else familiar with the nasopharngeal portion?

How can I support my husband with advanced head and neck cancer?

Hello, my husband has Advanced Head and Neck Cancer, Squamous Cell, it started at the base of his tongue and on his left tonsil. There is a Large Mass on his left neck that has been surgically removed twice, Aggressive Radiation and 2 different chemo drugs, as well as 2 different immunotherapy drugs. On the 2nd surgery, it was found to be On the carotid artery, was scraped but unable to remove it from the artery. The tumor has Grown like it is it’s Job in 3 months. He is currently starting a clinical trial tomorrow at Moffitt involving a chemo drug 007 along with cetuximab. Any thoughts?

Living with Stage 4 Neuroendocrine Cancer: My Journey

I am new to the group. My cancer started in the paratoid gland. It is a high-grade neuroendocrine carcinoma cancer. I was stage I when it was first diagnosed. Unfortunately, it is stage 4, it metastasis to my spine, liver, pancreas and lymph node. But I am stable. I take immunotherapy every 3 weeks.
