Is Lynparza working for recurrent cancer with bowel obstruction?

I just started Lynparza a month ago for a recurrence after a partial response to carbo/doxil. Unfortunately I am also dealing with a bowel obstruction and the hope is that thos will kill/shrink the cancer causing this. My CA125 decreased from 654 to 370 in 1 week!!! So hopefully this means it's working and things will continue to improve. Anyone else on Lynparza with active disease?

I just started Lynparza after a recurrence. I underwent 8 cycles of carbo/doxil with a partial response. Hoping Lynparza shrinks the RLQ tumor. Anyone else done this? What was your experience?
