Just Diagnosed With Renal Cell (Kidney) Cancer

Has anyone had success with Cabozantinib for stage 4 RCC?

I have stage 4 RCC. Been on Nivolumab and Ipilimumab for three months and got rescanned. Nodules in my lungs seemed to stop growing but the nodules on both adrenal glands grew a tad bigger so as some lymph nodes. Dr. consulted the Tumor board and decided to change my treatment to Cabozantinib. Has anyone had success with this medication? I’m a bit taken aback at the moment. Just nervous over round 2 coming up. Just hoping for a good outcome.
