Managing heart and breathing medications during cancer treatment - anyone else dealing with similar challenges?

I'm currently on several medications for my heart and breathing - Lisinopril and Cardizem (diltiazem) for blood pressure and heart support, plus spironolactone and bumetanide to help with fluid management. I also take Symbicort (budesonide plus formoterol), montelukast, and Flonase Allergy Relief (fluticasone) for asthma and allergies during my treatment. I've been experiencing severe leg swelling, a 20-pound weight gain, and difficulty bending my legs, which I plan to discuss with my oncology team. How do you cope with cancer recurrence when you feel exhausted?

This is my third time .the first time I was numb.the second time I was strong,informed and determined...This time I have days where I feel thank God I have some experience, because some days I feel depressed and I want to give up because i'm exhausted, but I have a therapist.I do an abdominal MRI and it might take a month or two to talk to the hepatologist. It's too much so times.

How do you cope with chemo brain and memory problems during cancer?

I have hepatocellular carcinoma and have been experiencing attention and memory difficulties that my care team says is often called "chemo brain" or "cancer fog." What should I do if my liver cancer has returned after surgery?

I was diagnosed with Hepatocelluar Carcinoma. In October 2025.had Surgery on Dec 5th to remove two large tumors. The Largest one was 9cm it was resected the smaller one was 6cm it was ablated. January 6 the pain caused me to go to the er. More pain pills that didn't actually help. Called the Surgeon repeatedly. No reply. Finally had to request another CT or MRI. It appears that I now have additional tumors. Just referred to An Oncologist. I really don't like the Care I'm receiving. .
