How do you manage side effects from oxycodone for liver cancer pain?

I have hepatocellular carcinoma and my doctor prescribed oxycodone to help manage pain related to my cancer. They explained it's a strong pain medication for when other pain relievers aren't working well enough. I'm aware of side effects like drowsiness, constipation, and breathing issues, and that it needs to be taken exactly as prescribed since it can be habit-forming. Hi everyone, hope you’re all doing great. My liver tumor size is 3cm. Very very close to hepatic arteries. No cirrhosis. Despite its closeness to arteries,First oncologist suggest straight up liver resection. The second opinion doctor suggests shrinking it first with y90 and then surgery.. Any advise would be appreciated.. I’m so confused.. given 2weeks to decide.
