6 days agoHello everyone. I am stage 4 and did chemo for about a year until I reached NED about a month ago..I've been struggling with severe fatigue all through chemo that hasn't gotten much better now that I'm only on keyruda. I just got in with palliative care and at my first appointment she brought up the possibility of treating the fatigue with medication and we are going to discuss it next visit. Do any of you dealt with severe fatigue even in remission and if so did you take meds. Which k es helped or didn't help? I've take iron,B1 B6 ginseng B12 shots..but so far nothing has really helped..

6 days agoFatigue after intensive treatment can be incredibly challenging, and it's encouraging that you're working with palliative care to explore all options for managing this symptom. Many community members have shared similar experiences with persistent fatigue even after achieving good treatment outcomes, so you're definitely not alone in this struggle. Consider sharing what your palliative care team suggests when you meet again - other members might benefit from learning about different approaches to managing treatment-related fatigue.
