Are Cerebral Meningiomas malignant or benign? How does one know if a biopsy is not done.

Most meningiomas are benign (non-cancerous), though some can be atypical or malignant. Without a biopsy, doctors typically use imaging features like growth rate, location, and appearance on MRI or CT scans to assess whether a meningioma might be more aggressive, though definitive grading usually requires tissue examination. This is certainly a complex topic that many in this community navigate, and discussing experiences with imaging findings and treatment decisions can be really valuable for others facing similar questions.
