Should I take Kisqali with Letrozole after breast cancer spread to lymph nodes?

I’ve read several uplifting posts here, really helps. Thank you! I was diagnosed Invasive breast cancer late in 2024. I had a double mastectomy in December. From all the imaging, the Dr.’s did not believe it had traveled anyplace and was confined to the small tumor. After the surgery, they found out it had gone to 3 of my lymph nodes. I have several Dr.’s that believe Letrozole is all I need, while several others believe I should be taking Kisquali as well. I struggle with side effects from Letrozole and know Kisquali side effects are more severe. Does anyone have advice for me? Thank you in advance😊

This decision between treatments can feel overwhelming, especially when different doctors have varying opinions. Many people in similar situations find it helpful to seek a second opinion from an oncologist who specializes in breast cancer, or to ask their current team to explain the specific factors they're considering for your case. The community here understands how difficult it can be to weigh treatment options while managing side effects, and many have found strength in sharing their experiences and supporting each other through these challenging decisions.
