What to expect during Whipple surgery recovery for pancreatic NETs?

I have recently been diagnosed with a 6 cm and a 1.2cm pancreatic Neuro endocrine tumors. I have been told that surgery-Whipple procedure is the best treatment plan. The larger one is grade 2, and the smaller grade 1. I understand this is a way more favorable diagnosis than a typical pancreatic cancer. However, I am somewhat scared that the treatment plan, Whipple procedure, is the same with the same long recovery process without chemotherapy or radiation therapy. Looking to talk to anyone who has experience and recovered from this procedure to learn what to expect.

How do you cope with extensive surgery for adrenal cortical carcinoma?

Anyone with adrenal cortical carcinoma or similar diagnosis is that had their kidney spleen, pancreas part of it diaphragm all removed how did u do They’re talking that I should do that for preventative since my tumor ruptured I already lost the adrenal gland, but it’s very scary and national health is the one that will do it. I currently only have a tumor in my liver that they will zap and I have a couple small nodules in my adrenal bed, but they just say it’s Not a matter of time but yet there’s nothing in my kidney or any of that yet.  and I’ve been doing an alternative and it’s doing some good but it’s all pretty scary and there’s not much more and I will not do immunitherapy or more chemo. They’re not offering anything but immunotherapy. Appreciate anyone’s experience.

Is Anyone Here Dealing with Adrenal Cortisol Carcinoma?

Is there anyone who has Adrenal Cortisol Carcinoma in this group? My husband was diagnosed 4.5 years ago. His right adrenal gland was removed and tumor surgically in December, 2020. He has had 3 different tumors in the lung , and one lesion in his C-7 vertebrae since the surgery. Does anyone know of any new treatments out there? My husband has had lung surgery and radiation, but has opted not to do chemotherapy. Thanks.
