Spinal Cord Tumors

Will paralysis from spinal tumors improve after radiation treatment?

I have tumors wrapped around my spinal cord. Surgery was done, but not all tumors were removed and now I'm paralyzed from the waist down. Anybody know if the paralysis will go away once tumors removed with radiation?
