What foods help with gastroparesis during ENHERTU chemo?

I'm 76 years old. In 2019, I had a hysterectomy for clear cell endometrial cancer, followed by chemo. Since then, it has metastasized to the paraorta and is now in my lungs. I just received my first chemo for the lungs on July 22nd. I'm getting ENHERTU. Last year, I had to have emergency laparoscopic surgery that left me with gastroparesis. I'm really struggling right now with foods I can eat. Is anyone else receiving the ENHERTU?

How did your first radiation treatment go?

this morning was first radiation treatment - went well. It took about 1/2 hour start to finish, took 10 min or so to get me lined up and probably 10 more for the treatment. You just lie there and the machine moves all around you. 1 down 24 more to go.

Since I've been on chemo I have lost a lot of strength in my hands and arms, I normally could open jars, etc but today a jar of salsa just looked at me and said nope. Ended up calling my neighbor. What type of exercises can help me regain strength in my arms and hands.
