What are the side effects of Keytruda with carboplatin and paclitaxel?

I have uterine cancer and I'm currently on Keytruda (pembrolizumab) plus carboplatin plus paclitaxel. I've been dealing with fatigue, hair loss, diarrhea, nausea, and headaches that I've been tracking. I know these are common with this treatment combination, but I'd love to connect with others who have been through something similar. If you've had a similar treatment regimen, I'd really appreciate hearing about your experience: • What helped you manage the day-to-day side effects? • What do you wish you had known going into treatment? Has anyone experienced endometrial cancer recurrence after hysterectomy?

I’ve just found this group and I’m so glad! I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer in August of 2024, I had a total hysterectomy in September, I had 28 radiation treatments. I was diagnosed with stage 2 grade 1. I’ve had several CT scans, all clear! Fast forward to March 2026, the bleeding started again, I called my oncologist they saw me the next day, they saw a polyp on my vaginal cuff, they did a biopsy and sent me for a CT scan the next day. The scan came back clear, the biopsy came back inconclusive. The following week I had surgery to perform a more extensive biopsy, unfortunately, it confirmed that my cancer had returned. The oncologist has ordered a PET scan April 8, followed by a pelvic MRI. I will then meet with a radiologist to discuss brachytherapy. I am worried, and would love to hear others with a scenario similar to me. I am also worried about the brachytherapy. I will be traveling to Nashville to receive the tests and treatment if I’m a candidate. If I’m not a candidate, the oncologist mentioned immunotherapy…I don’t really know anything about that. Thanks in advance to those that have read my story and can provide insight of what is to come!

Why is my body aching after chemo and can I stop treatment early?

Had my first chemo 3/12/26 two weeks later my hair coming out body aching. Second session 4/2/26 aching i don't like this feeling. They got the cancer out i feel like just doing 3 sessions that's it.

How long does it usually take an oncologist’s office to schedule further imaging and a hysterectomy? They received my referral today.

How long does fatigue last after radiation and do others experience vaginal narrowing?

2 years after the surgery and ended Radiation in December 2024. Has anyone experienced vaginal narrowing also how have you been feeling with the fatigue after so long of a Time?

How exhausted will I feel after each chemo treatment?

had my second chemo on Thursday, felt good yesterday, did some laundry all in all normal day. Today I ate breakfast, took a shower, dressed and I am exhausted- if this is 2 then 3 must be awful. But 2 down 4 to go.

When do you start feeling better after your first chemo treatment?
