Why am I so weak after chemo and radiation?

after chemo and radiation i am extremely weak, I can't even use fingernail clippers because I can't pinch hard enough to clip. My legs and arms are weak too. My legs are the worst - if I fall down i cannot get up which is not a good thing. I am 73 but before everything I could do things. I am wondering if anyone has suggestions or do you think I should contact my oncologist for his recommendation? Thank you. I cannot afford a gym membership.

Is 8 weeks too long to wait for cancer treatment?

Hi I had surgery 8/6 total hysterectomy with lymph node dissection for endometrial high grade serous ca. it’s stage 2 as in was also in the lining of the cervex. I see the oncologist 9/29 for the first time since surgery. It will be almost 8 weeks post op. Is this too long to wait for treatment since it’s an aggressive cancer? I’m concerned. I haven't posted in a while but I have finished chemo and the 25 radiation treatments, yea me! I will be receiving Keytruda infusions for 24 months. After that i have no clue.All in all I've had more fun in my life but I've made it this far

How can I treat chemo-induced neuropathy naturally?

My chemo went extremely well with no hiccups,however now that I finished chemo almost 3 months ago I have terrible neuropathy in my feet. I was prescribed cymbalta but it made me feel kind of foggy like I was all there so I stopped. Does anyone know how to treat chemo induced neuropathy naturally 🤔?

How do I manage exhaustion after ENHERTU infusion treatments?

Hoping someone knows how to alleviate exhaustion symptoms after receiving ENHERTU infusion treatments. I get infusion treatments Avery 3 weeks. The first week I feel wonderful and then I go way downhill with weeks 2&3. Completely exhausted and can’t do much of anything except sleep. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Should I be scared of vaginal radiation after hysterectomy?

I had a hysterectomy on Aug 7.. and got a call from the doctor saying I had a class 3 cancer, no lymph node or spread to ovaries.. confined to uterine walls. But she wants to do 3 radiation therapies to eliminate any cancer cell left at the top of the vagina after uterus, ovaries, cervix and lymph nodes were removed. The cancer is not genetic. I have not seen a report as I am only 2 weeks past my hysterectomy and have not had post op appointment yet... I'm scared to death of any radiation as my 29 year old daughter in law died from radiation for breast cancer. Has anyone had the vaginal radiation treatment ?? And we're there side affects??? Compared to most posts here, my problem is minor... Sorry

Can serous endometrial cancer recur after treatment?

My sister 62 diagnosed with serous endometrial cancer stage 4 with peritoneal and pelvic lymph nodes mets diagnosed June 2025 and started on carboplatin + taxol+ durvalumab from June 2025 until January 2026 cancer progressed and received 2 cycles in f doxrobixin but she couldn’t tolerate then on MArch 2026 started on pembrolizumab and lenvatinib it works until July 1st started to have severe hypothyroidism and fatigue , her doctor asked us to stop for 2 weeks then she started to develop ascites she is admitted 2 times for drainage and currently she is hospitalized for same reason CT showed stable endometrial , ovarian , pelvic lymph nodes and peritoneal Mets but there is omental cacking and Mets her oncologist resumed lenvatinib at 10 mg and pembrolizumab and he said it may not work but he will repeat scan after 6-8 weeks Here CA125 was 900 when she was off medication and now it’s 600 , she is feeling much better after ascites drainage however she is so afraid from the recurrence and her oncologist 3rd line will be single chemotherapy and it’s effectiveness will be 20-30% , any one have same problem what other lines , any benefits from clinical trial knowing how aggressive is serous endometrial cancer we are so worried form this situation
